Nombulelo Florence Madinda

She has a Civil Engineering Technology background from the Durban University of Technology. She has extensive local authority administration and management experience obtained during her tenure as an Extended Public Works Programme Project Coordinator - Infrastructure Maintenance Projects reporting directly to the City Engineer – Executive Director Electricity of the City of Tshwane, the Project Administrator reporting to the CFO of the Johannesburg Social Housing, as well as the Assistant Engineering Technician for the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality. She is a long standing member of the ANC Women’s League for the Pretoria, Tshwane region. She directs the administrative obligations of the company for all six divisions as well as the management and development of their managerial heads.
